Yay, I remembered!! : ) I have to admit that last week was a bad one though... I only worked out once. : ( And I really slacked on my eating as well. I almost intentionally didn't weigh this morning, but I decided that wouldn't help my cause any so I sucked it up and... I weighed exactly the same as last week. I was pretty excited about that though. I felt sure I had gained.

Good for you and even though your average went down a pound, we all hit a little bit of a bump here and there and fluctuating a bit is normal even when you are eating healthy and working out! :) Keep going and Woo Hoo!!! :)
